So helpful, thank you and Femke! I started 2 days ago with hemstrings streching. I'm barely able to put my heel on the floor and kneel at the same time. Just wondering, how long should I stretch per day and around when do I start seeing results? (don't worry, i have lots of patience and love the process ;p)
I don’t know exactly why, but it does help with old knees suffering from knee strain. It doesn’t cure anything but it makes it noticeably better.

In 2009 I slammed my left knee on a slow bike crash and got infrapatellar bursitis (went away on its own after around 2 weeks). Now in 2024, I landed on my right knee rollerblading and had to do a lot of kneeling for the job and wound up with prepatellar bursitis sticking around past the 2 weeks mark. Activities like hiking definitely inflame it, but I'm going to try and calm it back down naturally through natural things like fish oil and curcumin.
Will the result be different if I don't use chair for the pose?
What about knees? When lying down my knees will not bend far enough (without considerable pain). Hips are okay and ankles bend fine.

You got me here bro! 🤗 The hips part I passed it with flying colors! 🎉 ☝️ The ankle test on the other hand was another story. 🙂 My knees stop at 1 and 1,1/2 fingers from the wall. 🙏 How do I get it there? 🤗 Ps I SHOULD NOT do much exercises that bend my knees much (Medical rule🙏). And thanks again for your great input to society. 🙏
